All'arrivo in aeroporto si scopre che, per prendere la navetta, bisogna essere inseriti in una fantomatica lista. Il personale,insolente, al primo tentativo di prendere la navetta, non ti avvisa, sicché salti due corse ed alla fine l'attesa per il trasferimento supera il tempo di volo. Meglio spendere qudlcosa in più ed avere un servizio più efficiente e, soprattutto, cortese ed educato.
